Mr. Chukwuka Ogini Ochije is the Executive Director, Finance & Account.
Prior to his appointment in March 2024, he served as the General Manager heading the Audit and Control Division of the Independent System Operation (ISO) from December 2016 to 2024. Before that, he was the Assistant General Manager (Audit) for Field Operations in the Transmission Service Provider (TSP) from October 2013 to December 2016.

Mr. Chukwuka Ochije holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State. He has attended several international conferences and trainings, including the “PURC/World Bank Leadership International Training Program on Utility Regulation and Strategy” at the University of Florida, USA, in 2023, and the “Inspection/Review of ORACLE ERP Acquisition for TCN” in Texas, USA.

Mr. Ochije serves as the Chairman; the TCN Anti-Corruption and Transparency Unit (ACTU), the Committee for Monitoring and Operational Compliance of TCN Fiber Optics Concession, and the Committee on Review of Monthly Funding of TSP, SO, and MO. And also achieved significant cost savings through the review of contract invoices, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
He has authored four scholarly articles in international journals, and is a fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountant (FICAN), Chartered Institute of Management (FNIM), and Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACIT).
