Experience

Prior to her appointment, she was the General Manager, System Operations and earlier, the Assistant General Manager, Grid Metering. Her career has been marked by a progression through various roles, including Principal Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager (Protection, Control & Metering).

Her commitment to professional development is evident through her active participation in numerous international conferences and seminars. She holds fellowships with prestigious organizations such as the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Nigerian Institute of Power Engineers (NIPE), in addition to being a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Her wealth of experience encompasses pivotal roles, including Project Coordinator for the construction of the New National Control Centres in Gwagwalada and Osogbo. Notably, she chaired the Committee on the Conduct of Stress Tests on DisCo Facilities/Network, spearheaded the Under-Frequency Load Shedding (UFLS) Scheme Review and Implementation Committee, and led the Evaluation Committee for the Rehabilitation of SCADA System in Transmission: NTP – TR6B.
